Handling Time
- Custom Production: 3-5 business days
- Standard Shipping: 8-15 business days (free)
- Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days (￥9.99)
Shipping Issues
If tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office first. And report to us at service@catchinstant.com within 7 days (response within 12 hours).
Lost/Stuck Package: We will initiate a carrier investigation or re-ship at our discretion.
